How long will it take to receive my CD, Book or DVD?
We pledge to ship the CDs and Books within 24 hours. The only exception to
this is during the Christmas Holiday Season when we will ship in 3 days or
less. The personalized cartoon DVDs ship in 3 days or less (once a viable
photo is received) anytime of year.
However, the Postal Service can take up to 7 days for first class mail (longer during
the holidays). Should you need your order sooner, select Priority Mail, Second Day
Delivery or Next Day Delivery.
How much is Shipping and Handling?
Shipping varies and is charged by weight to cover exact postage and shipping
materials (padded envelopes, etc.) We do not charge for handling. In a hurry?
Check for options at check-out. Exception: Shipping and Handling is $6.95 per
Cartoon DVD.
Can you put more than one name in the Personalized Music CD?
No, the technology doesn't allow for that. Only one name per music CD.
Can you put more than one name in the Personalized Books?
No, the story is woven around only one child as the star. You can, however, add
up to three additional names that will appear on 2 to 5 pages of the book
depending on which tittle is chosen. We cannot change the pronouns (only "he" or
"she", no "they".)
Can you put more than one child in the Cartoon Videos?
No, one child per video. The one exception is our personalized UTrain video.
Do you use an Ink Jet or Laser printer to make the Personalized Books?
While some book makers use ink jet printers...we use a Laser Printer. The print will
never smear or fade.
Can you make my child a Personalized Music CD if their name isn't on the
list?
Sorry, no. The music CDs are professionally sung in a recording studio, not
computer generated (which explains the wonderful quality). Your child' name must
have been recorded in advance.
Can you add my child's name to be recorded?
The names that are available are the result of the most popular names of children
born in the years 2000 to 2007. We can take requests for names and they will be
included for the next recording session only if requested by many. Otherwise, it is
cost prohibitive. New names are arriving soon. Please call and check to see if we
have your child's name or check via the link on the Personalized CD page.
